You may close your queengame account at any time by contacting queengame customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
